I have to admit, I was a little reluctant to read this book at first. I already knew it was going to switch between three POV's, and I believed that it was going to be a little confusing since there were three people. At first, I didn't really get the title, but once it's explained, you will totally understand it. It makes me feel a little dumb for not remembering.

I started it with Gretchen's POV, and I really liked it. Then I reached Grace's, and I start of got bored. It's not as exciting as Gretchen's, so I put the book down and moved onto the next book that I had. It actually took me a few weeks to get started on this book, and I have to tell you that it was way better than I expected. The first thought was that of yeah, three POV's. That's quite a lot at once. But it turned out for a good portion of the book, it was only Gretchen and Grace's POV. Which was really nice because Greer started to annoy me the second that she was introduced. She was stuck up and snotty, which I had not expected.

I'm in with the whole mythology. I actually used to watch Class of the Titans, this old TV show when I was little. I love stories like this, where it's based around mythology. This is the second book that I've read where the girls are descendants of Medusa, and I've enjoyed this one the most. It went more into depth about her powers and what she could do.

I'm someone who can't deal with a book which is just eat sleep and move on. I need action. Not like drama or anything, but more like kick-ass action. That's why I enjoyed Gretchen's POV's so much, because it was about fighting all of the monsters, and that kept the book interesting. But I have to say that Grace's part was just as interesting. She had just moved to a new school, and she has a crush, so it was really interesting.

Once they came together, I have to say that it got better. It was really exciting, and I found I couldn't stop turning the pages. I know there's going to be another book, but I was really satisfied with what the ending was. Except for the fact about Nick, which is part of Gretchen's POV. He is really annoying, but there's something strange about her. I can't stop wondering if he knows something, and at the end, I think he does.

I recommend this book to anyone who really enjoys mythology books, especially those about Medusa. I guarantee that you will enjoy the book just as much as I did. Which is a lot.
